Publish to Web - Export to Pdf button, Download Data link

When I publish a Power BI report to web, is there any option to export the report to a pdf from the website?

Also, in the same scenario, can we download the dataset  from the website?

the website is public facing and needs no authentication

The features you are missing are two of the limitations of this feature.

Neither can you create pdf documents nor can you export the dataset.
