Hi all,
I have a report which is 1,3 GB in the App and I need to publish it to workspace.
I know that limit on Pro account is 1GB, compnay happy to consider to uptgrade my account to Premium but prior to this we need to run and test and make sure that it works.
I thought the trial premium account will give me this option, so I can test it before expenses are apporved. However even after activating it, when I try publish to web, I got a restriction size limit message.
Is there any way I can bypass it just for a test/trial premium version?

Hi @Anonymous ,
If you have a Premium Per user, You can publish to tenant large reports/models from the application (current one is 1.3 GB).
Power BI Premium does support large datasets. Enable the Large dataset storage format option to use datasets in Power BI Premium that are larger than the default limit.

Hi Molly,
I 've already has Pro version, which I sue on a daily basis. But I also have this popout window. If there is no PPU trial, not sure then what this option provides?
Hi @Anonymous ,
There is quite different between Premium license and Premium Pre user.
Regarding licenses per user, Power BI offers 3 types of licenses:
Power BI Premium Per User allows organizations to license Premium features on a per-user basis. Premium Per User (PPU) includes all Power BI Pro license capabilities, and also adds features such as paginated reports, AI, and other capabilities that are only available to Premium subscribers.
