Publish not work

Hi everyone.


I'm creat a new dashboard, and when I will publish appear this message:

Sorry, something is wrong.
Try again later.

I'm try more 10 times, and not solve. I created various another archives, and not solved. I'm update my last dashboard, and in desktop is ok but in web don't update.
 
Anyone knows what happened?

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    When you say "Publish", do you mean publishing reports from desktop to Service or clicking the option "Publish to Web" from Service?

      Hi, thanks for your replying.

       

      When i publishing desktop to service, appear this message. Everytime, i can't update my dashboard's,

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    So, when you attempted to publish a report from desktop to service, did it prompt "Publish successfully" in desktop tool?

     

    I noticed that the error message is displayed on service side, what operation caused it?
