If it is one model then...
- how big is the PBIX file?
- What kind of workspace is it? Pro, PPU, or a premium capacity, and if the latter, what size, P1, P2, P3, P4, or P5?
- Have you tried uploading to a different workspace as a test?

Helper III am trying more reports now - the ones I have tried so far still hang. The file size is 14MM rows and I have a PPU license. Iwill try a different workspace now.

File size is 360 MB.

That is nothing. Shouldn't hang. You might have a browser extension or firewall issue cause a problem. Even in Power BI desktop it has a lot of browser code.
Try a different PC, or see if you can take a laptop somewhere (starbucks?) and try it from there. If none of that works, I'd probably contact MS Support. They will have you use Fiddler and return logs to them. They should be able to tell from that what the exact issue is.
