Hi,
I use the same email address to log in to the Power BI service for two different organizations (Company A and Company B). Currently, I'm working on some reports for Company B and want to publish them in Company B's workspace. However, when I try to publish, I can only see Company A's workspace. What settings do I need to adjust to publish reports in Company B's workspace?
Thanks

@writetofaiz ,
One suggestion is to directly go to Company B's workspace -> Upload -> Browse -> Select the required .pbix from your system
This will hopefully bypass your issue of only seeing Company A's workspaces. Also, I hope you are added to both companies Azure AD (be it as a guest user).

Hey @writetofaiz ,
this video explains how you can publish reports from Power BI Desktop to different companies: Publish from Power BI Desktop for External Users (youtube.com)
Hopefully, this helps to tackle your challenge.

Tom
Thanks for the reply.
I work for Company A, and Company B is a client. Company B has used my Company A email ID and synced it in their system, allowing me to access Company B's Power BI workspace. However, when I open any report for Company B in Power BI Desktop and try to publish it, it only shows the workspace of Company A.
Thanks
Hey @writetofaiz ,
are you saying that the video's steps don't work for you?
I assume your company A email has been added to the Azure AD of Company B.
This works flawless for me though.
Regards,
Tom
No, it hasn't worked for me. I got a workaround, instead of publishing report to a workspace, I can upload a report from the workspace.
Thanks for your help!
