Helper IIIPublish Pbix to Service with Custom Visual
Hi,
I am building dashboard using Power Bi Desktop then publish to Service. There is 1 custom visual that I import from Microsoft Marketplace.
May I know will other users able to view and interact with the dashboard? Do they need to download the custom visual from Microsoft Maketplace before that?

So you may be the administrator.
If you click the cog in top right you should be given the options.
Have a look at https://radacad.com/power-bi-administrator-tenant-settings-configuration-you-dont-dare-to-miss
If not you'd have to speak to who ever manages your o365 tenant.

No if it's in the service it should all work.
If it doesn't you may have to just ask your tennant admin to enable that visual in the tennant settings. (Depends how locked down your setup is).
