Publish Excel to Power BI

I love publishing Excel Power Pivot documents to PBIS.

However, a couple of my Workspaces do not appear in the dropdown.

Excel> File> Publish 

Select where you'd like to publish to in Power BI:

[Workspace 1

Workspace 3

Workspace 4]

I can't figure out why some workspaces do not show. The list that shows includes published apps.

This issue has been reported internally, and engineer is working on a fix. I will post back once I get any updates.

I got the following response from PG.

"If the group was created using PowerBI API, or from PowerBI portal, it will be visible in Excel client.

For other groups, we will not make code changes, since PowerBI is moving from O365 groups to a different implementation."
