Public report with export function

I would like to create a public Power BI report with the capability to export data to Excel. However, when using the 'Publish to web' feature, the export to Excel function disappears. Which license ...

    It looks correct. You can adapt the sample development of Microsoft as your embedded software in order to reduce effort. You still need developer skills for making the changes to adapt the sample.

    You can test it with Pro, but for compliance legal sharing you should have PowerBi Embedded, Premium or Fabric turned on at the workspace of the report you want to share.
