Public Report Problem - Viewing a different power bi desktop report

Hello everyone,

I'm having problems publishing a report. I configured automatic updates and when the update is done the measurements are incorrect, giving a different result than what I have in the power bi desktop. So I solved the problem by updating manually, but now I can't even like that.

Power BI Online:

Public Report:

Does anyone know what it could be?

The problem was the incremental update. I'm still not sure what the reason is, I'll turn the incremental update back on for testing. But for now the solution was to disable the incremental update. Thank you all for your attention !

Only after I manually update in PBI Desktop the public report fixes. I'll wait for it to auto-update tomorrow and see if it's going to crash again. But anyway thank you very much for your attention.

No worries and for sure let it auto update and wait an hour or so and see if that resolves it!

  • Hi Anonymous

When using Public sharing of reports please note that it can take up to 1 hour for the changes to be updated. They will not be immediate like when using the Power BI Service with a Pro account.

What happens if you check back after a few hours, does the report update?
