Public Power BI iframe Link asks for access when embedded in ESRI Story Map

Hello, 

I am trying to embed a public iframe link into an ESRI Story Map. Even though the link is supposed to be public, when the Story Map is shared with users, the Power BI visual does not render and asks a user for access.  How can I enable the link to always render and not ask for a login (as I expect it to). 

I'm not sure if this is a Power BI or an ESRI issue, so I've also posted this question in that user forum.

You might refer to publish to web:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-publish-to-web  that make sure everyone can access it without authentication.

Hi there

It appears that you have used the Secure Embedding, which is why it is prompting people to Log into the report.

I think you need to try the Publish to Web option, which will allow ANYONE to view the report?
