Protect PBIX
Hi community,
I'm new from Power Bi.
I've created my first app for a customer that has a Office 365 account.
I have pubblished the app in the Power BI Service with account manager of my customer.
I've seen that the customer can download the PBIX file.
It is possible to disable this option?
How can I publish the app without the customer see query load engine?

If you create content pack using your own account, you are not able to publish the content pack outside your organization. An idea about this issue has been submitted in this link, please vote it up.
To work around this issue in your scenario, you can publish Power BI Desktop file to Service using your own account, then create dashboard and share the dashboard individually to your customers. Or you can publish Power BI Desktop file to Service using a customer account, then create content pack using this customer account and publish content pack for entire customer organization.

If the user has edit rights, he may download the report as a pbix file.
But, if the administrator has turned off the ability to export data, this feature will not be visible in the Power BI service.

That new feature has some cool options, but the option to prevent the pbix being downloaded. From my research you have to apply to become a powerbi certified content partner as so you can create content packs.
FilippoV It sounds like you are creating a PBIX (you refer to this as an "app") and publishing that to a Power BI tenant soley owned by the client, using a client account. You would have to have either published to a Group Workspace where he is an admin, or he has access to the account as well in order to download the PBIX from the Service.
I don't quite know how you are going to retain "ownership" if everything was built in their environment and they control their data sources, and their environment. Maybe I'm not understanding something with your scenerio.
There are 3rd parties that have created Content Packs for clients, but those mostly revolve around a business utilizing a service, and the service extending reports in Power BI for a fee.

This is my scenario:
- i've created a PBIX for my customer with Power BI Desktop.
- Now i want create and pubblish an organizational content pack and distribuited them for entire customer organization.
Can i do it with my Power Bi Account, although i'm not part of the customer organization?
