Programmatic export of PDF in multiple languages

Hello,

I'm struggling with localization and PDF export features. I need to export a single report in multiple languages, and do it on schedule automatically. Hence I cannot change localization settings in PBI Desktop or Windows when I export, which is what all instructions seem to point to.

What is the recommended setup to have everything in a report localized so that I can use a parameter in REST API export query to programmatically export a single report in many languages?
