    Hello, 

    Thanks for your support and answer. 

    The second Link that you have suggested worked out for me.

    There was error in privacy level in one data set in power bi service.

    Now it is refreshing successfully.

Hi Anonymous ,

 

In general, this may be a privacy level issue. As you said, after changing the permissions of the dataset from "None" to "Organization" in powerbi destkop and republishing it to the service, you also need to go to the "Management Gateway "and make sure the "Privacy Level" of this dataset is also "Organization".
