Problems with subscription email - empty graphs

Hi All,

in some of my subscription emails the data are missing on the prewiev charts. If I checked the prewiev in the browser before sending the subscription letter everything is correct. What could be the reason for that? I'm using PowerKPI 2.0.0 visual.Thx a lot in advance.

Thank you for @ibarrau  answer , and I have other suggestions for you:

Try fixing the PowerKPI 2.0.0 visual object to the dashboard separately (rather than as part of a live page fix).

Thanks a lot. I got some ideas, but unfortunately I could not solve the problem. Based on other sources, it seems that we are facing a bug related to time filtering and the number of graphs on the page, which many people are experiencing, but there is no real solution.

Hi. Using custom visuals for subscription might not always work. It depends on some details. You can check the considerations and limitations for subscriptions in here:

That way you can see if there is any of those items you might be doing that produces the blank visuals.
