Problems with clusters in the Power BI app

Hello everyone I really need help. In the report, I made automatic clustering using Microsoft tools. Everything works well. After the report has been uploaded and updated in the Power BI app, the cluster-related visualizations are not displayed. The error itself: The query referenced column 'Cost prices'[account_name (clusters) 4] which depends on another column, relationship or measure that is not in a valid state. Additional information: ''
I will be grateful for your help!

    Hi tugusheva ,

Can you open the report on the Service successfully? How about the Desktop? Please try to download the pbix file and open on the desktop. What is your Service version? Could you please check the column 'Cost prices'[account_name (clusters) 4] . If it is based on a measure or another column, and whether the column works?
