I have problem with setting up Power BI Standard gateway.
First I installed Personal Gateway and set up a report that is connecting to AWS Redshift through ODBC. We are using IAM authentication. It is working fine.
Then I wanted to install Gateway in Standard Edition. I made the same setup to AWS throu the same ODBC. Everything runs on the same computer. When I try to refresh it is just open for a few minutes and then say that there is no response from server. As I see it authentication doesnt even try, since there is no additional browser window when running the refresh as it is normally. I tried even changing system user that runs the gateway service to my admin domain account. However we have same result.
Do you have any ideas what could be wrong?
The computer meets the standard as I see it.
And what is interesting is that other connections (like using JIRA on premise API connection) works. I can also update data from Active directory.
I have also Personal Gateway on the same computer and it can refresh data from AWS.
Standard Power BI Gateway doesn't work just on this connection.

First, make sure your computer environment can deploy and use standard gateway normally .
