Problems with Personalized Visuals and Personal Bookmark

Hi all,

 

I created a report with personalized visual, and published it in a premium workspace.

I created an app containing this report.

 

I have this problem, sometimes when I use personal bookmark in the app or in Power BI service, the Personalised visual stop working, and if I click on the personalized visual button i can't see no more the field of my Power BI Model. I can see only this.

 

 

Most of the time if I refresh the browser page the problem seems solved, but it reappears later.

Does anyone have an idea of what the problem might be? And how to fix it permanently

      No, some customer reported me that also the output data it's different on the same report so i searched for this problem too, maybe the cause it's the same.

      No, we've seen that refreshing the browser page most of the times the probleam disappear, but it's not solved
