Problems getting data from streaming API in Reports even though Streaming Tiles are working

Hi all,

 

I am trying to make a report using a hybrid data stream that is coming in via the PowerBI REST API.  I have made several dashboard graphs that are displaying and updating data from that stream without any problems. However, when I try to compose a graph in a report using that same data source, no data appears, even though historical data is enabled. Even after I hit the 'refresh' button multiple times, no data appears.

 

Does anybody have any suggestions as to how I should fix this? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    mainsail ,

     

    How long has this issue persists? The streaming data will clear itself after an hour. You can enable the "Historical data analysis" to observe if the data has been post corrently.

      Hi, I have been also facing the same issue reported above for more than a week now. I have double checked all my settings yet the data isn't getting stored though its getting displayed in tiles and line chart. Thus I am also unable to generate reports as there is no data present in dataset.

      Kindly help in resolving this issue as I am using PBI in production environment.

      The data is updating live-streaming tiles in real time without any issues. That is, updates appear to be added almost instantly. So it seems like the data IS being post correctly.

       

      I have already enabled "Historical Data Analysis" for this dataset. This does not fix the problem.  

       

      Are there any other possible fixes, or maybe a place where I should file a bug report?
