- Match regional settings (language, date, decimal) on both gateways.
- Verify and update regional settings in Manage Gateways on Power BI Service.
- Set the original gateway as primary in the cluster for consistency.
- Ensure reports use the correct Spanish formats and republish them.
- Test Gateway2 separately to confirm the issue is not with the cluster itself.
Hello, unfortunately the problem persists and has worsened.
I've followed the instructions provided, but the error persists.
I suspect that somehow the Power BI service is using the En-en regional setting.
Any help would be appreciated.
