Problems creating free Power BI account

Hello,
I am having difficulties publishing my first Power BI report.


When I click on "Need a Power BI account. Try for free" I receive:
"We can't finish signing you up.
It looks like Microsoft Power BI isn't currently available for your work or school.
".

 

Here is the steps:

Click on TRY FREE under
POWER BI
Cloud collaboration and sharing
I am getting:
Sorry...
We can't finish signing you up.
It looks like Microsoft Power BI isn't currently available for your work or school.
OK, got it


How can I publish my report?

    Hi iw,

    When you sign up a Power BI free acount, what email address do you use? Power BI requires that you use a work, or school, email address to sign up. Power BI does not support email addresses provided by consumer email services or telecommunication providers. This includes outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com and others. And see the Troubleshooting part in the blog.
