Problema con autenticacion de 2 pasos

Hola, buenas tardes. Desde esta cuenta puedo acceder a Microsoft 365 y sus servicios, y en su momento pude acceder a Power Bi también, pero por alguna razón particular ese inicio de sesión comenzó a pedirme autenticacion de 2 pasos sin yo haber dado autorización a ello. Soy administrador mismo de la cuenta de Power BI, pero no tengo medios para recuperar mi cuenta, y el dominio empresarial ya está ocupado, ya no sé qué hacer al respecto.

You may Use the Office Admin Center:

• Sign in to the Office Admin Center.
• Navigate to Authentication Methods.
• Under Registration Campaign, disable any unexpected prompts. 

Reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
If you have another admin in your organization, ask them to reset your MFA settings.
If you are the only admin, you might need to contact Microsoft Support for assistance.

If your organization has enabled Self-Service Password Reset, you can use it to reset your password. Follow the steps in the Self-Service Password Reset wizard.

If those doesn't help above, Please reach out to Microsoft 365 Support directly and explain your situation.
