Problem with refreshing datasets in all workspaces

This could be a related issue, but I can't refresh anything on the Power BI service right now and am getting an error message after attempting refresh that reads:
- Processing error An unexpected error occurred (file 'tmdatasourceregistry.cpp', line 847, function 'TMDataSourceRegistry::ApplyDeferredStaticAnalysis').
Are you receiving this same error on the data set when trying to refresh? Supposedly this is a Microsoft issue and they are working on a fix.
No No, I do not have any error, but I need to wait 15-20 min until process starts
