Problem with publish report in work group in Embedded capacity

We have Power BI Embedded price category A1. From power Bi Desktop we try to publish a report of 800 MB in the workspace that is in the capacity of Embedded, we get a "404 not found" error. Reports that weigh less than 500 MB are published without problems. If remove the workspace from the Embedded capacity, the report is successfully added.

    Can you please explain more about these issue?

     

    For example:
    Workspace type?
    Is this group contains any contents which embed in premium capacity?
    Did this issue only appears when you publish to specify workspace?
    How many available premium capacity/normal capacity?

      the group also contains datasets, with a total volume of 944 megabytes (edited)

       

      Did this issue only appears when you publish to specify workspace?
      problem only occurs when you publish datasets that weigh more than 500 MB to workspaces that are placed in an embedded capacity

       

      How many available premium capacity/normal capacity?

      normal capacity=10 gb, premium capacity=sku=A1

        I think this issue should more related to it. Have you check available capacity volume?
