Problem with powerbi site ftert login

A have a problem when i try to get my report using PowerBI site 😞1.png

Connection error. Connection terminated. Check Network connection settings. As soon as the connection is restored, you can continue working with PowerBI.

Apologize for the late response.

Well, just from that error message, we should invesgate the error from the network part.

So what we need to do first is to generate the network trace, either using F12 developer tool in Internet Explorer, or consider using Fiddler.

Capturing additional diagnostic information for Power BI

Please first verify the local network connection, if there is no issues, then we need to capture the network trace for further investigation.

Could you please translate for the error messages into English?

As we didn't know the actual error, it is a little hard for us to offer a suitable troubleshooting direction.

Please first take a try to refresh the Power BI page, navigate to other reports and check it again.

Or, re-publish this report.

Please reply back with the error message in Endlish, os we could help further.
