Problem with credentials - OAuth2
I'm afraid not. We still have one file that allows oauth2 and one that doesn't. I've tried all 4 security settings from the Desktop file (where I think the problem must be) to no avail
I thought I had this. Original url for the SP site was http:// but all the urls for the working report were https:// so I made the change and got the option to use oauth2.
All good, or so I thought. The scheduled update has failed twice since then, apparently because of an internal service error.
Time to raise a ticket
Also ctrl c/v doesn't seem to work in this text window.

PS how on earth do you raise a ticket?
I've clicked on the ticket option but it's telling me I need an admin account to access it.
Also, whenever I try to sign in on the support page I'm taken back to my powerbi home page and it all goes around again.

Okay, so I followed your link, landed on the page but wasn't signed in.
If I click on the sign in option, it takes me back to my powerbi homepage, as I said before.
If I don't sign in I can click on the button to raise a ticket but then it asks me to select an account. When I do this I'm told I need admin approval to go any further.
I have a powerbi pro license, so I don't know why this should be an issue.
