I have a card visualization in one of the pages of my report. This visualization basically shows the number of finished projects by doing a count of project name with a filter that is completion% is 100.
In my report that number is 1, which is correct. But after pinning that report page to a dashboard (by pressing the pin live page button) the number of that visualization in the dashboard turns to 9. The same visualization in the report still shows the number 1.
Why is there a difference in the numbers? How can I fix it?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I managed to solve the problem and the reason it existed at the first place is really weird.
On my report the card visualization looked fine but on the dashboard for some reason the size of it was smaller and it actually cropped a few pixels from the top of the number.
I went to the report and adjusted the size to make it bigger (even though at the report there was no cropping). After adjusting the size the number changed from 9 to 1 which is the correct number.
Weird bug...

Is the filter a report/page level filter?
It's a page level filter. But I also tried with a visualization filter too and that didn't work either
