I have a dashboard, in which its update was connected to my notebook's Gateway. But I don't keep it connected directly when the updates occur, so I set aside another notebook to use it to do the updates. One of the files in the update is a CSV file, which is saved in a Google Drive folder. On both notebooks, I installed the Google Drive application to access the file through Windows File Explorer. I configured the Gateway correctly on the other notebook, but every day the automatic update fails with the following message:
[AGI] Flow Event Dashboard update failed.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

The next update of the [AGI] Flow Events Dashboard is scheduled for Thursday, July 20, 2023 06:00:00 UTC.
Can anyone help me with this please, what could be happening for this fault to exist and what can I do to fix it? Because this dashboard belongs to a client, and he is already getting worried about not being able to see the updated data.

Please try to upgrade your On-premises Gateway, then try to refresh again.
If the problem persists, please explain your refreshing problem again, there is some confusion about your previous description.
