Problem with add admin to Power BI Gateway - AAD Application
I found a solution. You should use PowerShell version 7 minimum and the command:

Please try to set the API permissions for AAD Application in the Azure Portal.

My AAD app in "Power BI Service" group has full permission. Are you talking about a specific permission in others group? I search "gateway" and nothing found in others type permission.
