Problem with PowerBI Gateway for hosted IT solution

Hi everyone,

 

I was wondering if anyone has run into problems when trying to install a PowerBi gateway for companies with hosted IT solutions (such as Citrix). Recently, i spoke to a person from one of our customers IT solution, who said that it was not possible to install the gateway as it is user based.

    Rasmusrock - You could always tell your customer that they have a crappy IT hosting provider and that they need to move their stuff to something decent like Azure. :)

     

    Power BI Gateway runs fine in Azure IaaS.
