Problem with PowerBI Admin Sharing Report and Embed

I have baught PowerBI premium from Azure, but can not access the admin from Microsoft 365 with my email.
Also I can not see tenant setting from PowerBI Admin.
I also can not find PowerBI Admin from roles to assign. I am the global admin.
Finally problem is: I can not enamble powerBI embed.

    Hi. If you are Global Admin then you should be able to grant permission to any account. Make sure to use an work or professional account for the process. If you don't have one, create it for the tenant and assign the licenses.

    If you are already using one, go to the users settings at Azure or Office portal and try asigning a Fabric Administrator license to you.

    Then go back and check if Power Bi Admin settings are there.

    Thanks ibarrau , but I am still facing issues. user@avas***gmail.onmicrosoft.com is the user principal name , using this I have bought powerbi premium license and roles assigned as you directed, PFA:

    but still I do not see any tenant settings into the admin portal, though I haved added  Fabric Administrator in roles, PFA:

    Also I can not see the Power BI Admin role in the directory roles, PFA:

      PowerBi Administrator role has changed name to Fabric Administrator. Make sure you grant that one to the user you want to use to "Create the premium" and use the PowerBi Admin portal settings.
