Problem creating a docx index in paginated report

Hi,

I'm trying to simulate an index with bookmarks, but I need to add the page number like this:

The problem is each bookmark starts in a page that we don't know, because inside each point the content can grow. We need to know in which page starts each bookmark, or element (rectangle, textbox, etc).

Is it possible with paginated reports?

And other thing, I try to create document map labels, but when export the report there are not document map in the docx document.
