Problem Updating PBI Online Report - Oracle

Hi guys, how are you?

I'm having an issue with refreshing data in Power BI Online. I connected the data to an oracle server on PBI desktop and created my report. However, when I published it, I can't update the data directly through PBI online or schedule an automatic update, it gives an error. Has anyone had a similar problem or know what it could be?
