Problem Power BI in PPT

Hi powerbi community,

I have a problem when i try to use Power BI in power point. i see nothing (White page) when i open it as the picture below :

Do you have any idea about this ? Otherwise, What are the requirements to use Power BI Tiles in Power Point ?
