Problem Gateway (DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError)

Dear, I have a power bi project with several reports connected to a SQL Server on a remote computer, then I have a gateway on another PC, that gateway PC perfectly accesses remote SQL.

I published the report, configured the dataset in the web app, without problems, everything gives correct connection.

 

But when updating, both manually and on a scheduled basis, I get the following message:

 

An error has occured

An error occurred while processing the data in the data set.

Please try again later or contact technical support. Please provide these details if you contact them.

        Ok there was another June release prior to this version.

        I also restarted my VM with the Gateway to make sure everything was reset.

    Hi adciudad ,

     

    You may take a look at Troubleshoot the gateway 

    If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
