Problem Changing from Personal to On-premises data gateway

Hi everyone!

 

I have problems with a dashboard that firstly used a Personal Gateway and now I have changed to On-premise.
I changed the option in the Power BI online service, but when I want to update the data it looks as if It still try to use the personal gateway and it shows me this error:



Any idea?

    Hi Anonymous Please check this thread if it helps any. It might be a case that you need to remove Personal gateway completely so the new report points to Enterprise gateway.

      Hi Everyone!

      v-jiascu-msft, the status of my gateway is OK , credentials are right and my data source is SQL server, nothing strange I Think...

       

      deepu299, thanks for the link. I'm trying to apply the solution of the thread but I don't find the file PowerBIGatewayAgentCmdLine.exe.

      Any other idea?
