Prob in getting more visuals

I am visualizing the List with integrated PowerBI function. However, when i click the "get more visuals" item, the system does not response. I have tried several times, all failed. 

In the meanwhile, with Power BI Desktop, when i click the "get more visuals" item, the system pop up choices successfully. 

Can anyone help me solve thi
