Pro workspace export report to pdf
Is it possible to have a report in a pro license workspace and automatically export the report to a PDF everyday? I tried to set up a Flow through Power Automate but I get an error when I test it because it is not premium capacity.

As far as I am aware to do this you will either need Power BI Premium Per user or Premium Capacity
So I do have a Premium Per User license and I switched the workspace settings to use that one. It still did not work. I am thinking that through a flow via power automate is not going to work unless I have premium per capacity. I am wondering if there is any other way to accomplish this.

Ahh ok what I would then suggest is to then send it via your normal account and then forward it from Power Automate?
Or you could take a look at BI Helper https://bihelper.tech. Works with Power BI Pro and PPU and there is no restriction on your users being outside your domain (vendors, clients).
