Pro user can't create/update app

We have a user with a pro licenese in our organization who doesn't have the ability to update an app that was created in a premium workspace (the 'Update app' button and 'Include in app' sliders aren...

    Hi  jwfgeol ,

    In the workspace, users with Contribute permissions need to grant permissions before they can update app.

    You can go to Setting and select Advanced-open "Allow contributors to update the app for this workspace".

jwfgeol - Can you compare the access levels of the 2 users at the workspace level? Could the mismatch i access be causing the issue on visibility of visuals.

Hi Anonymous ,

Thanks for the response.  Both of the users are in groups that have Contributor permissions in the workspace.
