Pro license activation
We are using SPO with embedded Power BI Reports. We have assigned about 30 Power BI Pro licenses to all users how are using our SPO solution.
If a new user (with power bi pro license assigned) want to open an embedded power BI - Report he get an error and can´t use the report. After visiting the Power BI Service - site one time he is able to use the report in the future.
Is there a way, for new user, to activate the liceses without visiting (logon) to the power BI - service site one time?

Hi Anonymous ,
If you mean share power bi report content to sharepoint online based on 'embedded in sharepoint online' feature, current you need power bi account to view these shared contents.
Maybe you can try to use 'publish to web feature' to share power bi contents, it not require power bi account.

thx for your reply.
I figured out that i have to share also the Power BI report to all SPO-User seperatly.Is it possible to share the hole Workspace (O365-Group -> all Reports) to User or better groups?
I can only share with User one by one with e-mail-adress -> group would by good :)

Notice: security group seems not support.
