Pro Trial license kept extended

Hi, 

I know this question is awkward, but our users tried the pro trial license around April, and they still have trial license now!

Based on the activity logs and feedback, they didn't "extend" their trial license by themselves. It seems like that the trial license just get extended automatically. Does anyone experience the same thing, too? Do you know why? Thank you!

Can you confirm if users has not been assigned Pro liacense
sometimes it happen due to glitch that after assigning Pro liacense user still see Ndays remaining under trial

if that's the case you can raise support request https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/ to get it fixed
