Pro License or premium for shared Apps
Hi Folks,
I have published a report in a workspace. A few other developers are also owners of it. Now I want to share the report with the entire organization and for that, I am planning to share it via Apps(Publish to App feature). Do my colleagues need to have a pro license to open that shared App.
Note, The workspace used for this app is not on premium capacity.

Check the information below:
For app consumers, there are two options.
- Option 1 The workspace for this app is not in a Power BI Premium capacity: All business users need Power BI Pro licenses to view your app.
- Option 2 The workspace for this app is in a Power BI Premium capacity: Business users without Power BI Pro licenses in your organization can view app content. However, they can't copy the reports, or create reports based on the underlying datasets. Read What is Power BI Premium? for details.

If you are not on premium then the app users need a Pro license.
