Pro License handling when upgrading to Premium

Hello PBI Community,

first time I am asking for your expertise... pretty exciting 😉

Currently we have about 400 Pro Licenses and we are thinking about upgrading to Premium where we'd only need 100 Pro Licenses for creators.

What is the best way to get rid of the obsolete Pro Licenses?

Thanks

Lars

Hi @Anonymous

Based on the suggestion provided by @Greg_Deckler , you can disable Power BI pro license in Office 365 admin center, refer to these articles  for more reference.

Depends on how you bought them. If you purchased through CSP, just inform your CSP provider to cancel the subscriptions. If you are paying on credit card, you should be able to do this in the Office 365 Portal. If you are on an EA, you will have to true down. How are you licensed?
