Pro-License - For viewing Reports
Hi-Power BI Experts,
I have a requirement for my users to view reports from the service. Do I really need to get pro-license for every user to view the reports published in the workspace? Users view very few reports occasionally so we really don't want to get pro-license for everyone.
Is there any alternative way of sharing the reports with users with a free license?
Is subscription to reports from app workspace would help ?

It really depends upon how may users you want to view Power BI reports. If you have more than 500, it's more cost-effective to use a Premium Capacity licence and have the users use free licences. Below 500 it will be cheaper to buy them each a Power BI Pro licence.
Licence costs aside, its only the Premium Capacity organisational licence that allow free licence holders to view Reports shared with them. Without Premium Capacity all users need at minimum a Pro licence.
