Pro Circle Visual Not Displaying in Power Bi services -Export PDF & Power Point file
Need Help, Visual Pro Circle not showing when export Report into PDF and PowerPoint file in Power Bi Services .
- Anonymous1 year ago
Hi Himanshu1234 ,
Thank you for the follow-up! as you are experiencing issues with exporting your Power BI report visuals to PDF and PowerPoint, even after attempting to create similar visuals using circle images and card visual.
1.Ensure that all custom visuals used in your report are certified by Microsoft. Certified visuals are more likely to be supported during exports.
2.If your report contains complex layouts or custom visuals, as a workaround, consider creating a paginated report. Paginated reports are designed for printing and exporting and may handle complex visuals more effectively.
3.For visuals that are essential but not supported during export, consider simplifying them or replacing them with native Power BI visuals known to be export-friendly.
4.As you mentioned about card visual, please refer the link.

Hi Himanshu1234 ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum about the issue you are encountering.I understand that you are facing an issue where the Visual Pro Circle is not appearing when exporting reports to PDF or PowerPoint in Power BI Service.
This issue is likely due to Power BI’s export limitations for certain custom or third-party visuals.
Some custom visuals are not supported in exported reports.Instead, use an alternative native visual like Card, KPI, or Gauge Chart, which are fully supported for export.
Microsoft documentation outlines various considerations and limitations for exporting reports, which you can review here:
