Print Visio Visual from PBI Service

Hi, 

I developed a Visio Visual solution for a Client and they would like to Print the Focus Mode version of the visual in PBI Service.

The generated PDF file simply shows a Blank page.

Any suggestion on how to solve this issue.

Thank you for the feedback. I was fearing that it might be the case there will be PDF export limitations, but hoping that it could be overcome. I did think about the Snipping Tool option and will investigate for the Client want to print to A3 size, because it is large diagram.

The alternative would be using snipping tool or take a screenshot. If you can solve it with another visual instead of visio, that could work too.
