Preventing chart format changes when publishing .pbix to service

I have tested on my side and it works well on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explore browsers. This may be a bug.
Please update your Power BI Desktop to the latest version. And do the same for your browser. Then clear browser cache and try it again.
If the issue is still there and you are a pro user, I suggest you to create a support ticket to get further help.
