Preventing Users for Signing Up
If my organization has Office 365 plan, users will be required to sign up using O365 email. Is there a way for the admnistrator to prevent users from signing up for Power BI, such as to avoid uploading company data?

Block *.powerbi.com in your firewall/proxy.
