During testing of adding external users via B2B to my Power BI solution, I found a way for my external user to unpublish my app. I have looked at the tenant setting and I don't see a way to prevent this. Anyone know how to stop external users from doing this, or even seeing the "lineage view" to begin with?
Thx
Solved! Go to Solution.
Unpublish can be controlled by the role given in the workspace. Contributors can't but members and admins can.

I am not aware of anyway to stop lineage view.
Hope this helps.
@m-colbert Thx a million.
5 million details, only takes one.
For the record, changing the external users to "viewers" also removed the lineage access.
Thx
It does, I assumed that maybe these external users needed to be able to create content. If they don't then the content doesn't show up at all for Viewers and I would agree with assigning lowest necessary privelge.
Thanks
