Premiun Account PPU - cant send pdf attached.

Hello.

I'm a power bi premium user.

Today when I tried to use Sign Emails, the image below started to appear.


Could anyone help please?

Some features in Power BI are only available in Premium Capacity because PPU (Premium Per User) is still in shared capacity. Shared capacity means that the resources, such as processing power and memory, are shared among multiple users, which can limit the performance and functionality of certain features.

Premium Capacity, on the other hand, provides dedicated resources to a single organization, which allows for greater processing power and more advanced features. The error you are getting is saying you should have your workspace in Premium Gen2, which is a Premium Capacity.
