Premium per user capacity not available

When I go to admin in power bi to the premium per user preview tab, all I can see is "Premium per user capacity not available"
I was under the impression all tenants would have this feature in november?

Hi, @agneum

If you want to get a public preview of Premium per user for your tenant, you should go to this link to submit for the priority Access to Premium Per User. However, the priority sign-up period seems to be over by Thanksgiving day. The document says it will be onboarding all tenants worldwide starting on November 30th. Therefore, I suggest you to submit your request and wait for a couple of days, I believe it will be onboarded in your tenant in a few days.

Still nothing for our tenant. Is there a final deadline for when all tenants are onboarded?

Hi, @agneum

I guess that it is a general situation that shared capacity tenant still can not access the PPU, even though that the Microsoft document says it will be onboarded for all tenants, you can take a look of this case:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/How-to-enable-PPU-Premium-Per-User-Preview-feature-for-Shar...

In my opinion, I think the preview stage of this function can be one of the reason. What's more, I suggest you to open a support ticket to ask the reason and solution in detail, I believe the support team will help you to solve this, you can follow this link:
